MISSION STATEMENT
ACI’s mission is to provide quality voice and
data products combined with superior service to enable its customer’s access to the
best communications technology available.
GENERAL INFORMATION
ACI Communications is managed by a staff with many
years of combined experience in the telecommunications field.
ACI has been in business since December 28, 1983
and is fully licensed, bonded and insured.
ACI is in the business of providing affordable
adds, moves, changes, and maintenance of customer communications equipment and Cabling
Systems (both Copper and Fiber Optic) we are certified installers of all major cabling
systems. ACI supplies knowledgeable people to assist its customers with all aspects of
their Voice and Data communications needs. In addition to telephone and data technicians,
we also provide personnel for data collection, user training, order writing, and telephone
operating.
We currently have 160 employees on staff. Our
Benefit Package is very competitive and we have managed to attract and hold a work force
that we are very proud of. Minimal turnover within our organization is a benefit both to
our company and our customer base.
CUSTOMER BENEFITS
Resources- ACI COMMUNICATIONS has the resources,
staff, and technical expertise to provide any level of support its customers may require.
We work on both inside and outside plant projects involving copper or fiber optic cabling
for voice or data applications. We also provide total communications services with on site
supervision, or simply provide backup for our customers existing telecommunications staff.
Expertise- ACI's expertise includes every type of
voice and data connections in the communications field. ACI works with everything from
twisted pair to fiber optics and we are certified in all major wiring systems. ACI is
BICSI member and we have a registered RCDD engineer on staff. Our technicians are taught
the installation and maintenance of the latest networking equipment in the industry.
Flexibility- ACI is known among its customers as being
one of the most flexible telecommunications service providers in the industry. ACI will
work with its customers to provide the services in the time frame that they need.
Materials- Material procurement is another service
that ACI provides. It is time consuming and impractical for a customer to go to bid for
all of their material needs. A phone call to ACI will provide delivery of needed materials
in the shortest time possible.
Equipment- All capital equipment needed to perform a
job is provided by ACI.
Cost- Companies that use our services find us to be very cost effective and in
most cases less expensive than hiring their own in-house technicians.
INSURANCE
In addition to Workers Compensation, ACI is
covered by $3,000,000.00 in general liability insurance.
GROWTH
ACI COMMUNICATIONS has continually experienced
rapid growth in both its employee and customer base from year to year. ACI has over 160
employees who service hundreds of accounts throughout California, Arizona, and Nevada.
